As the first findings of Beta 3 roll in, the most obvious update is the inclusion of two new panels added to the restrictions setting menu.  Beta 3 features the added two options:

• In App Purchase
• Location

You can now disable in app purchases of levels, content, items, etc, which plays along nicely with the install apps restriction.  Location services may also be disabled in order to ward away location sending in those location-aware applications.
